I do fill up at the station every week. On 8/5/2017, At 3.05pm, minutes ago...I filled up at the station, at the counter the pump got mixed up I supposed to pay $ 28.05 (pump #2), on the other hand pump n#5 was $35.73. Sam ( the cashier) ran after the man to pay extra, while I have to wait. after the calculation Sam asked me to his with my RAC ended up paying the #5. Sam gave me cash money for the amount different. I rush my self to collect my daughter at school. I realised that I should get more than that. When I come back and return to Sam, he is so arrogant, bad attitude, lowest customer service, furthermore he can not control his words. Without any apology yet he accusing me, and gave dollar extra. It's not about the $, it's about customer service. Obviously Sam have no idea about how to treat customer right or building customer rapport at all. I'm not a little girl I have a successful business for over 18yrs. This man should be off the job, even worst if he is the manager for the day. Hardly to give even a one star for this staff. He made me embarrassed in front of other customers on the waiting line.

This petrol station offers a 4 cents discount to RAC members. It has the typical 8 pumps configuration but it is spacious and sufficiently spread out that you can get out from the back row without having to wait for the car in front to leave first.

Lady closing up at 6.45 when we arrived. 15 minutes before close. I told her I had no fuel she said I have already closed off". Even though I said it was 6.45 she still said we are closed. I asked for her name

Great customer service and nice atmosphere inside the pump overallThe lady served me her name was Ruby and i dint know that she was the manager as well which i came to know later after we started conversationI odrer a small coffee, she made it herself although there are other staff around still she made the coffee herself and make sure it is all perfect.I could have gave her 10 stars but i can only give 5 in the systemThanks again

Rear entrance is the best way to fill up here. On busy, mad, Mondays the highway is a dangerous place to have to wait. There are still ignorant people who fill up and then just walk off blocking any further movement while they peruse the store for milk and specials. It is easy enough to fill up and then move your car to a parking spot provided, then go pay the bill and do what ever.

Very rude arrogant male staff member.I’m Still waiting for a refund from a cancelled transaction. Was advised I would have the refund within the hour yet he didn’t actually process a refund to my card. Was advised it’s not his problem and I need to take it up with my bank.

Often has good priced fuel compared to others around the area.Heaps of space if you need to get out before the car ahead of you has returned.Fast and helpful staff.This is my go-to everytime I need fuel.
