Just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know I just got off the phone to these tenants and they were very impressed with the plumber that attended, they also haven’t had any issues with the hot water since he attended so the servicing worked well! You guys obviously do a good job but its also a testament to why you shouldn’t just go with any old company you find on the internet who does cheap work!

Plumbing Bros came when They said he would. They quickly diagnosed the problem & explained the options. They had the part needed to fix the hot water system in their van & fixed the issue on the sport. The price was reasonable. They were polite & helpful. Good old-fashioned service. I will call them if I will have any problems with my hot water system again.

I called for a quote on Friday, 24.06.2022, and was asked to email my request through with photos and descriptions of the plumbing and gas fitting jobs. I was told that I would be emailed an invoice (quote) on the following Monday or Tuesday. By Thursday, I'd received no response so I emailed a reminder. The next day, I was informed that they were busy in the office. I haven't heard back from them since and have given the job to another plumber. I wouldn't recommend them with such poor initial customer service.
