Had rang up last week and booked my partners car to get a log book service. Went to drop car off and they said we have no booking. Well I was told to drop the car off at 10 today. The guy looked at me and said sorry we are to busy. Have tried contacting my car to get some answers but no one gets back to you. Would have given it 0 stars if I could.

It’s not worth it, I booked a logbook service on their website but when I arrived at the service centre, they showed me a different invoice and they took off few expensive jobs ( air filter system check worth $100 & reduced labour time in half) . They barely did anything. In 90 minutes they serviced almost 3 cars. I didn’t even see them doing digital scan of vehicle. At first, I had requested them to look at a noice coming from cabin, instead they asked me to book again in 2 months and pay for it.I would not give even half star! Do not go there unless you have too. I was surprised seeing the way they do business!

I brought my car to My Car in Mildura,on the 13/4/23.I had just driven from Yarrawonga to Mildura after the Easter Break & Ihad encountered very bad roads with a great deal of potholes.I was concerned I may have damaged the undernath of the car.Jeff Pettigrew,who is the Manager of My Car Mildura,reassured me ,everything was ok & the Wheel Alignment was out.I would have no hesitation in recommending Mildura My Car ,for all your Tyre Requirements.Jeff Pettigrew was a pleasure to deal with.CheersRod Segal

The best and cheapest tires in Sunraysia!! My wife got 4 Continental brand tires for only $123 each and the real price should be $199. Highly recommend people who have their own budget.

Fantastic service!! After a quick urgent telephone call on a Saturday morning prior to Easter (other mechanics said no unable to help) the mechanic on duty at My Car was able to troubleshoot a problem we had on the road that potentially could have shortened our holiday. Highly recommended mechanic in Mildura.Very grateful.
