Went here after seeing Mark Wiens’ youtube video. Definitely love the place & the food. Had the charcoal box which comes with fries, burger & chicken + drink… loved it!

I ordered a half charcoal chicken meal and got my order within 15 minutes. The charcoal chicken was decent but the chips were by far the best part of the meal. Nice and hot with plenty of chicken salt.Place is mostly staffed by teenagers. I saw only a single adult working there when i visited. Make of it what you will.The menu board is very high up and small so it is hard to see when you come in and are trying to place your order. They should lower it so customers can see it better.Not the best experience but passable.

Went there around 6pm on a Monday evening. Not much people there yet. Food no issues. Like always THE BEST. Service could be better, except the smile. Seems like they doing us a favour by serving.

Beautiful restaurant, nice staff , great food . Open late and child and baby friendly. Had infant seating chairs as well . 10 out of 10 experience. Definitely will keep bringing the family

I visited lunch time on a Wednesday and the place wasn't busy. Two tables were occupied and there were two customers before me. I had a bit of waiting time as they were still roasting chickens. The place is tidy and clean. It's got a big sitting in capacity. Great for families and groups. Their chargrilled chicken still the best for me whether dine in or take away. I brought it home and did the plating myself. I was very satisfied.

THE CHICKEN IS INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. I used to buy the ones from Campbelltown but the quality, freshness and taste at the Liverpool store are on a whole other level.I always order online because it saves me from having to wait in the queue. I just go up to the pickup counter and say my name, and they cut the chicken straight away for me. If not, I wait for the new batch and the chicken is piping hot and delicious.I cannot comment on the dining experience since I always have take away but for take out, it is extremely convenient. Comes in a sturdy cardboard box and a paper bag for the garlic sauce.Parking is not the easies or most convenient since it is in a separate building behind the place. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

I recently had the grilled chicken with fries dinner and shawarma at El-Jannah and it was an absolutely amazing meal! The grilled chicken was cooked to perfection and had a great smoky flavor. The fries were also cooked perfectly and were a great accompaniment to the chicken.The ambience of El-Jannah was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a quick bite and love grilled chicken, this is definitely a meal that you won't want to miss!
