We recently had to euthanise our two elderly Pomeranians due to ill health. They were much loved little dogs who had been a part of our family for 14 years. Despite the sadness and distress we felt, we were comforted by the kindness, empathy and professionalism shown to us by Chevonne the Vet and Judi at the front desk. It was a gentle and dignified passing for our dogs and we will always be grateful.Sandra & David

Dr Charles Carter angrily told my wife off on the phone and then turned us away at 5.30 pm when our sick goat TIGI needed help the most in her short life.My wife had spent the afternoon trying to borrow a float and then await my help to load the poor sick animal for transport from only berrima to moss vale as these vets refused a home visit .TIGI died a sad death 5 days later.A disgraceful outburst by this so called vet. No apology or explanation was ever received by us. DO NOT GO HERE.

When my puppy Harvey became sick after hours they were great and helped him straight away, they were amazing to him and we’re great with following up the next day to make sure he was better! Only vet I will go to!

Dear Chris, Barb and All the fabulous Staff at Southern Vet Centre,I just wanted to thankyou so much Chris for all your kindness, incredible caring of my little dog Chokito during these past 4 days. I had been to 2 other vets in the Highlands regarding Chokito's health problems but unfortunately nobody could help without doing major surgery. I was so lucky to have found you. My Chokito was able to have a CT scan locally and although the news was terrible, you saved him from having some very invasive surgery. You cared for him all weekend, handfeeding him and calling me and txt me and keeping me up to date. You are the most amazing person and you made a sad outcome a lot better. If anyone out there is looking for an incredible vet, please contact Chris and The Southern Highlands Vets on Berrima Rd. I feel very blessed that I found you. Thank you so much for taking care of our beloved Beagle when she took suddenly I'll.And a big thank you to the girls who came to our aid when our dog slipped the lead and ran off into busy road. You guys are brilliant.

I just had Charlie there this morning for Kennel cough, that he caught at the dog park.The Vet trimmed inside Charlie’s ears… which added a new symptom to his already un-restfulness issue.Charlie is going insane and shaking his head and scratching his ears. He is getting worked up and exhausting himself.He tries to settle down, only to repeat the process, moving around the home, shaking his head, hoping somewhere in the house his ears will feel better again.

Thank you for everything you guys have done for us, we greatly appreciate it, all of the staff have been so professional and compassionate towards our sick fur children. A special call out to, Alex and Max...
