SIAM IVORY MASSAGE

Honestly it's the worst Thai massage I ever had in Melbourne. Sonya need to learn proper Thai massage and improve her skill if she want continue to work there. The environment is nice but need staff training to ensure customers get right services.

I rang to make a booking and I informed the staff that I will be running late arriving between 3:15 - 3:30pm. The staff informed me that it's ok and he will place a note to say that I will be running late. I received a text message at 3:23pm to say that I have been recorded as no show in their system and when I got there, the staff told me they have given my slot away to another guest. I told them that when I made the booking I have specifically told them I will arrive around 3:15 - 3:30pm, she doesn't really care she just said since you are late for your exact appointment time, we have to give that slot away. Very disappointing, I don't think I will go back there anymore. If you are so strict with your policy, you should tell the customer upfront not after they made the booking. I understand that you have a business to run, but a customer was running around looking for a carpark only to be told that her slot had been given to another customer.

If you want an excellent massage, this is definitely the place to come. Professional staff, very clean space. Went for an hour, should have gone for 2!

Absolutely amazingly and professionally done. I have been in serious need of a massage with sitting on my arse for work for 9hours a day being 30kg overweight I now always miss the stretch after a gym workout.But this massage the masseur not only massaged knots out but stretched my body in ways I have been neglecting my poor little body.I highly highly recommend this place.THANK YOU FAY!

Very nice establishment. Tia was very professional and hands down the best remedial massage I've had. Highly recommend!

Been twice now, both therapists were lovely and did a wonderful job. I personally slightly preferred the hot stone massage over the herbal compress massage, but both were great. Lovely interior, and tea in a takeaway cup on departure a nice touch.

Had a great massage here, The shop is very clean and staff are very friendly. The room is also very clean with relaxing music, The staff member I had was able to apply good pressure.

My husband & I had the couples 75 minute deep tissue massage this morning and it was ah-mazing!!!Honestly, the experience was so good it took us back to the best massages we had on holiday in Koh Lanta.Our therapists Tia & Fay gave us each a personalised experience - slow and deliberate, not rushing the massage process instead tuning in and giving attention to what our bodies needed. They provided a professional service, allowing us to enjoy the serenity in the moment, unlike some other places where the staff chat non stop with each other!I would absolutely recommend Siam Ivory to others. And YES we will definitely visit here again. Such a delight to have enjoyed a 5* experience!
