Really disappointed about the service. I informed that I cancelled the party 9 days before as my father passed away. They refused to refund the money for the balloon garland as they told that they already made it.I cannot imagine about the quality of their product. If they prepare it well in advance can you guys think about the quality? And that’s not fair not to hold our money as well. Because we didn’t tell them to prepare it that early and we informed them before 9 days of the party. Not recommending this place to anyone as the lady does not have any emotions. They just running the business for money not for quality. I definitely going to uplift this issue to the next stage as they have not informed us that they are preparing balloons two weeks before the party and not refunding our money back due to their fault and poor quality.

Great place for party and some baking needs, friendly staff with ample parking.

One of the worst experience. If I had option to give negative rating then I would have done that too. Supppper arrogant and unnecessary expensive things. Just want to rip off customer. Stay away. There are much much much better shops in Dandenong that this.

The owners were friendly and helpful and took time to make my helium balloon bunches match and look gorgeous. The store has a large range at good prices.
