Visited Roselands store today. Very busy store with staff under the pump. Staff were more than helpful & friendly to assist with my needs & purchases. Not only did I buy what I needed, I also bought my son a great quality polo shirt. Sure things were not cheap, but you get what you pay for. A big thank you to your wonderful staff! My only suggestion is they keep more variety of stock in larger men size so hubby could have bought as well.Jo

Great selection of clothing and shoes. However. I bought the wrong size pants, and asked if I could get an exchange for the correct size. I assumed it would be fine as I was within the terms of the return period.The girl who helped me with the till was helpful, but needed a second opinion due to some dog fur and dander on the bottom of the pant leg. Her coworker arrived and was immediately hostile, telling me I can't get an exchange over the previously mentioned fur. asking me questions like would you buy that for $80"

I happened to be served by a lovely young lady last weekend at the Roseland store. She told me her name is Erika. She greeted me with a smile on her face and helped me buy the most comfy shoes! Made my shopping experience very warm and I will be visiting again soon.

Absolutely terrible service I pick up a pair of tights that had a price of 45 dollars when I go counter he says oh no it's 80 and I said how Is that my issue i grabbed them because they were apparently 45 and he said someone has put wrong tags on from his staff I don't know how the hell that was my problem ? Your supposed to sell something for the price advertised on it was about to buy a pair of shoes didn't because I'd rather spend my money else where where I'm not getting fooled into a price and then upon reaching the counter it's another price disgusting service

First time entering this store today. A male worker kindly helped with an exchange of mine. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received. I am happy with the items I bought and I am definitely going to come back for more in the future
