I genuinely had the most amazing and fun experience today with my therapist, Tina. I was booked in for my first high-performance microdermabrasion treatment, and Tina was so attentive to my skin concerns, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind-hearted. I'm honestly so thankful I had Tina as my therapist because she made me feel so comfortable and content with myself in the treatment room during consultation and treatment time.I'm so glad I was able to experience such a genuine professional patient-clinician relationship. Recently I got consultation and microdermabrasion treatment from this clinic and my dermatologist was Mia. She did a really nice job and I got so much good results to my face. I hope to continue with my treatments with her in future as well. She is really talented dermatologist

Had my first treatment with Liz today. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received! She was very professional and talked through every single steps of the treatment with me. I felt like I know what I’m feeding my skin and I can already feel the difference :)

The workers here were amazing!! Super friendly. We did a facial, I left feeling refreshed and my face soo hydrated, I was literally glowing! Kim was very good at letting me know what she were using and what she was doing! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Australian Skin Clinic for a facial and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The clinic's professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail left me feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.Couldn’t recommend these ladies enough and I will definitely be back.

Came here for a facial treatment + extraction. Staff were ok friendly but the duration of treatment was just too short (only 30 mins) especially the extraction part- ended in less than 10 minutes and not done thoroughly. After treatment I could still see a lot of unremoved blackheads.Understand staff might be told to keep the treatment time within time limits but this is just not it. Not sure about other services but if you’re going for a thorough extraction or a nice enjoyable facial , please go somewhere else.Also highly recommend doing your own research on treatment options and prices before going in.Manager called after I left my review explaining the extraction was short because they felt my skin could not handle too much extraction and it needs to be done over a few sessions, and the treatment duration is strictly 40minutes so more extraction means less time for other steps, however this wasn't communicated during the consultation session. make of it what you will
