My mum and I dropped into BCF Geraldton about a month ago to buy a surf rod as we were in Dongara and wanted to do some fishing. We are both new to beach fishing, but luckily for us we had the nicest sales assistant named Nathan who provided us with the best assistance. He recommended a rod and line for us, and even spooled the line for me. He was super helpful, and gave me the best tips and tricks. It really helped, and paid off too as we caught plenty of fish! Highly recommend this store and its lovely, knowledgeable staff. Well worth dropping in on your way up north.

Great customer service by the young guy that helped me find the item I was looking for this morning computer said that they had 4 in stock. Bit of hunt but he persisted and finally found it really appreciated the effort put in as it's for a Christmas present.

Stores like these are driving the decent, competent smaller stores out of business.No one within the store could be bothered to help and no one knew anything about the products at all.Don’t waste your time, drive to somewhere that still has a good old fashioned ma and pa store.
