Jodie officiated our elopement ceremony in early December 2022 and we couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect celebrant. Jodie was professional in her role, clearly explaining the legal requirements for the ceremony and her and our obligations and handling the necessary paperwork. Jodie’s approach to our ceremony was very flexible and calm, which was important to us in an outdoor setting and with a young son. Jodie worked with a family member ahead of the ceremony as a sounding board for her thoughtful script and to ensure that the ceremony was personalised.Jodie’s warmth, genuineness and kindness were a key part of our perfect day. We were especially grateful for how wonderfully Jodie engaged with our son, evidenced by how he took to her instantly with happiness and smiles.
