Phoebe, Maddi and the team at Harper and Grace were invaluable from the moment I first sent an enquiry, all the way through to our wedding day. They were quick to respond to any questions and were happy to talk through anything over the phone. They were able to recommend vendors if/when needed, which was wonderful! Maddi was there and coordinated our wedding day. She worked so hard from the moment she got there, until she left and did it all with a smile on her face. Maddi made sure our day ran to time/plan, and that all questions or concerns were directed to her so my husband and I could enjoy our day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. Our day wouldn't have been the magical day it was without the care, kindness, and support of the Harper and Grace team. A huge thank you! You made our day!

Phoebe was so great to work with and we were so happy with our florals for our wedding! Several months before our wedding, I had a change of heart about our original reception floral design and Phoebe was so patient and enthusiastic with working through the new design with us. The florals were exactly what I had envisioned and we got so many compliments on them. I would definitely work with Harper and Grace again!

Phoebe and her team did an amazing job with our florals and day of coordination, from start to finish. We could not recommend them highly enough!We came to Phoebe with a specific idea of what we wanted with the florals - for the flowers to look wild and as though they had grown around our props, not simply been placed there, and her team nailed it! Phoebe came back to us with a colour palette we hadn't considered, and it worked perfectly! We trusted her team to have free reign and do what they thought was best, and in the few areas we had something very specific in mind, they executed it just as we wanted.The day of coordination went off without a hitch, and Phoebe expertly troubleshot issues as they arose, without us having to worry. Phoebe also just kept the day really light and added a lot of fun, which is exactly the energy you would hope for.We had multiple of our other vendors tell us how impressive Phoebe was, with staying on top of and thinking of everything, and I think that is about as high praise as you can have.If you have a wedding or event coming up, this is the team you want. What can I say about this dynamic duo?Phoebe and Maddi were our stylists and florists. Not only were able to seamlessly bring our vision to life, they honestly went above and beyond when we had a last minute spanner thrown at us and found out the venue had very little seating (a total of 8 chairs) for our cocktail event. Phoebe was stepped into gear and was able to source everything we needed - all while having a baby! Absolute superwomen.

Phoebe is absolutely incredible at what she does. Stayed with us through numerous date changes and absolutely created the florals of my dreams!!! Cannot recommend enough

I couldn't recommend Phoebe and her team at Harper & Grace Designs enough! Phoebe was our on-the-day coordinator (although it felt like so much more than that!) and she truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We had a number of consultations with Phoebe in the lead up to the day, and on a few occasions Phoebe called me up to check in with me, see how I was managing and offered not just practical support but emotional support during a stressful and overwhelming time. Phoebe understood my vision completely and made sure that it came to life on the day. I put my full faith in her and she absolutely delivered! Phoebe helped me manage my vendors, came up with with amazing design ideas, helped me troubleshoot issues as they arose and was the extra pair of hands and eyes everyone needs on their wedding day! Our day ran to absolute perfection and it was all thanks to her.

Phoebe Marks was our coordinator and she was AMAZING! As your 'typical' groom, I was a little sceptical as to the need for a coordinator, though boy did Phoebe prove me wrong! We honestly do not know how the day would have run without her! Our venue also had 2 coordinators but Phoebe was the glue that held the day together! Having Phoebe as a coordinator meant we could enjoy our day and focus on the moment rather than worrying if the day would run smoothly! She has a warm genuine approach to her role and I would highly recommend!

As I was planning my wedding and I came to wedding styling I had no idea where to turn, luckily Phoebe & the Harper & Grace team came to the rescue. She was easy to work with and took a lot of the stress of the wedding away. I couldn't recommended their services more highly, she was a big part of the success of the day

Phoebe was the absolute best person we could have had as our on the day coordinator. From our first call she was so lovely and very easy to work with, she understood our vibe for the wedding instantly and we could see she really cared. We had an issue with our wedding venue 5 weeks before the wedding and Phoebe went above and beyond helping us organise another venue with such short notice. She was always available and made us feel comfortable. The day was perfect and we really enjoyed, thanks to her. We can't recommend her enough!!

Phoebe is an absolute godsend! If you don’t have her for your wedding then what are you doing go and book her right now! She is an absolute dream to work with, she made planning and organising everything so easy, fun and stress free! She made our wedding look absolutely amazing and made our day run so smoothly, everyone was saying how amazing she was! I couldn’t highly recommend her enough, she helped make our wedding the absolute vibe it was! I am sad we can’t do this all the time because it was sooo much fun!
