Had a large format printer breakdown just outside of warranty , contacted cannon and they were a complete nightmare and got passed around support staff about 6 times , contacted intuit and Leigh their technician was amazing and extremely down to earth . He went above and beyond and contacted cannon on my behalf and got the issue sorted . Life saver
