I have relied on Sarah to keep me moving without pain for many years. I have also referred many friends to her, and they are inevitably thankful. Sarah does more than release the tension, she invests in my wellness journey. She has supported me to do ambitious things, like taking up running, and in return has played her part in fixing me when I break. She happily refers me on to my physio when needed, and readily responds to my many and varied myotherapy requirements. When I haven't seen Sarah for a while, my body tells me that it's time.
