Adrian replaced my failed electric hot water cylinder with a new one including new ancillary valves. The work was professionally carried out and well finished. In spite of the HW cylinder being mounted on a shelf, Adrian and his assistant expertly removed the old, considerably heavy old cylinder, and installed the new unit. He has a friendly and engaging manner. Highly recommended.

Current element hws was not adequate so we gave istore a go. So much better 270L does the four of us easily. Nice install by KMS, quick and helpful. So glad we went with these guys. Great system so far, looking forward to power bill to see how much we will save. Cheers.

Our existing hot water system started leaking and was tripping the circuit breaker. After the decision to go with a heat pump hot water system was finalised, Adrian and the guys at KMS were very responsive with an installation date and efficient in getting the old system out and the new one installed. The iStore 270 looks very impressive and the installation required a new location which the guys were able to improve on and works well. Adrian provided simple and useful information on the setup and maintenance steps.Very happy to recommend Adrian and the guys at KMS Services for hot water system replacement and maintenance.

Our heat pump system died after only five years but on phoning Oliver at KMS they were quickly on the job supplying us with an emergency hot water system that evening which carried us over the weekend. Our new istore was delivered on the Monday and installed by Adrian and Lawrence the next day. Very happy with the service and professionalism – even though Adrian didn’t reveal the best chip shop!! They do love a cup of tea! Many thanks Oliver, Adrian and Lawrence, a great job and would highly recommend KMS.

Our hot water system died on a Wednesday and KMS installed the new one plus a heat pump on the Friday morning. I was invoiced the quoted amount so no surprises come payment time and the work was outstanding and very neat. As they are both plumbers and electricians, they did the whole job too saving me time. If you have to spend money, spend it with a family run business. Cheers Graham

We bought an ISTORE heat pump system from KMS and the service was excellent. We were impressed with their efficient communication as I phoned Oliver on the Tuesday and the system was installed in the Thursday. The installation proved to be difficult and Adrian went above beyond to ensure that the we had hot water. We are very happy with the system. I would definitely recommend the product and this company. Professional and very friendly.

Our heat pump died suddenly ( well after some warning symptoms) so I obtained a couple of quotes. Discovered KMS services could install a new one for a much better price than the other quotes and on the following day! We were very impressed that the installation was completed in heavy rain just so we could have hot water that evening! Much neater installation than previous heat pump and the staff /service was very friendly . I would highly recommend this company.

I called KMS Services this morning as my hot water system was leaking and I had no hot water. I was more than happy with the service I received. From the first phone call the customer service was outstanding and Karen on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received a very competitive free quote over the phone and by the afternoon I had a new system completely installed. Would definitively recommend KMS Services, they provided a professional service and high quality workmanship!
