NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! Very poor experience with this lot. I’ve never given a bad review but this “business” was unbelievably rude and dismissive to us. If you prefer to be treated with respect, go somewhere else.

I had never done sns in my life! I accidentally entered the 1 place that was close to home! And I was lucky to find Soleil. I got a pedicure and I loved it, I loved her massage chair while they did the pedicure, totally warm girls nails. I would go back a thousand times without thinking

I have been attending this salon for over 2 years and would recommend highly. My SNS nail refills last amazingly and am always very happy with my results. The staff are always warm and welcoming. I get compliments all the time on my nails. Thank you ladies.

The staff at Soleil Rouge are very friendly and do a great job. Cost is reasonable, service is performed quickly, and they always start at the appointment time.The online booking system is also a bonus, making scheduling so easy. Glad we have this salon at our local shops :)

i have been going to this nail salon every month for the past 8 years or soTran is the best nail technician i’ve ever had and her staff are all greatThe team have the right mix of professionalism and friendlinessMy one hour in the salon goes so quickly cos we talk constantly about our lives .They have a great range of colours , so much so that i can never decide so i mostly let Tran decide for me !I will never go yo another salon , these guys are the best !

Even though I’ve moved out of the area I still go to Soleil Rouge in Watsonia to get SNS nails and a Shellac pedicure. They do a wonderful job and it only takes an hour a month to have lovely nails always.

This salon provided very poor customer service and did a sloppy job on my nails. Not only were they dismissive and argumentative towards me, but they also refused to fix the overcoat and tried to force me to accept a job that was clearly not up to par. This is unacceptable behavior, especially in a service industry where the customer should always come first. It's understandable that mistakes can happen, but the refusal to make things right and the attempts to pressure me into accepting a subpar result is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for quality service and respectful treatment. It's important to patronize businesses that value their customers and take pride in their work, and unfortunately, that this salon falls short in both of those areas. I have never had such a bad experience.
