They seem to do an ok service but booking in is never a simple or pleasant process. They can never access the details of the car/service, won’t give any idea of how long the wait will be etc. Massive contrast to the Suzuki service centers I have been to previously.

Bought a new Suzuki Vitara a couple of weeks ago, I love it! Its perfect for me. The sales rep for Suzuki, George was a great help, the lady in finance, Fiona explained everything thoroughly, (no hidden fees etc). Drove out with brand spanking new vehicle as a happy new car owner 2 days after finance went through!

I made a booking to test drive a car a day prior. The salesman had not remembered I was coming. The car wasn't ready or washed. The salesman really wasn't interested in showing us anything or telling us anything about the car. When we returned he seemed all to happy that were decided this car wasn't for us and stated oh it's a 6 month wait anyway". Didn't ask any questions. Obviously did not want to make a sale. The worst car dealership experience we have ever had. They don't want to sell so don't bother folks. Plenty of other enthusiastic dealers around. Cheers Paul you failed."

From the moment I first called and the girl was so helpful. Our new car was purchased elsewhere and just moved to the area, but no problem with service being carried out by this dealer.Friendly person dropped us home and picks us up when car was ready. Without being asked rotated wheels.I couldn't believe it, they washed and vacuumed the car! Amazing service. Thank you.Highly recommended.

Friendly, professional and couteous service from George today. Hand over of my new car was smooth and hassle free. Change of number plates and familarisation with the new car was efficient and thorough. It also included an introduction to the service manager. Very happy!

Thank you again to George and the rest of the team at Heritage.Really love my new Suzuki Swift Auto GL.The CVT transmission is so smooth (like driving a seven series BMW) and the rack and pinion steering just points the car like it's an extension of your body.Service was excellent and fast delivery in a time of uncertain logistics.

Only place to buy a car in the Hunter, new or used. Ask for George Ferriera. He is a good example of how a customer can be really appreciated and is always there to assist with any options in dealing with them.. they are a great team in sales or service and you won't be disappointed....
