Kelvin Lee from Golden Empire Real Estate is an absolutely fantastic property manager! I honestly couldn't recommend him more highly. He was so communicative before, during and after our tenancy, answering immediately and doing whatever he could to help out if we had questions or needs. He is always professional and polite, and truly conveys that he cares about the tenants he is working with. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful property manager for our last tenancy in Melbourne before moving interstate and we will definitely work with him again if we move back to Melbourne and the opportunity arises :) Thanks Kelvin and the Golden Empire Real Estate team :D

Pathetic customer service, no follow up or acknowledgment on the application. Rude and arrogant representatives. I wonder what do they do to the people who rent through them?

Kevin Lee is such an awesome, reliable and responsible agent. When there are issues or things that need to be fixed at the apartment he will come to fixed it. If you want to ask him anything he will reply you in time. He reply my message on time and inform us of any things that's important. And he never disappoint you.
