Took my 3 kids here over the weekend. Was a little hesitant with the previous reviews but they all had so much fun and the entry price is fantastic. Id definitely be coming here often now, closer to home and not as crowded as other places. I noticed a few equipment wasnt working but it didn't bother my kids. The couches could be replaced and make the place a little bit more inviting apon arrival but there only minor points. Main part is my kids had fun and it wasnt expensive on my wallet :) also staff were nice too.

Feels dirty! Rundown! Kitchen was closed due to gas problems really inconvenient. Entry price rise $15, was still charged this with the kitchen out of order and the play equipment switched off in the main playground! I honestly think its not worth $15 a child. Please get rid of the brown couches they have a strong old smelly odour and they will be filled with bacteria.

Had my daughters 8th birthday party here and could not recommend this place highly enough. The kids all had the best time and the party host Alex she was amazing with all the kids. The disco room games was so much fun for all the kids. I actually got to enjoy the party and not have the stress of set up while greeting all the guests of the party. The hosted party package is definatly great value if your looking for your next child's birthday.

Very expensive! Had to pay $15 to come in with my 2yo. I did ask if there are any discounts like at other centres, for example if you buy a 10 pack or if you come at a certain time, but no, they don't do that.Wanted to order sweet potato chips for my little one and an almond cappuccino for myself, but they ran out of sweet potato chips and almond milk! Very disappointing!

Good price but kind of gross. Not filthy but certainly not well looked after. One person working and the food/coffee looked a bit sad. My son still had a good time and the people were nice but just a bit tired and sad overall. Wouldn't come back honestly

My husband and I were very disappointed in the state of the toys/mazes.. the foam was coming apart and held together with zip ties, large chunks of foam were missing many places, the ball pit was almost empty, most nets had big holes, and everything was just incredibly filthy. It seems like nobody has cleaned this place since it opened. Almost didn’t want my little one touching anything. A real shame because it is huge and roomy with tons of seating and different play areas, but disappointing that it’s just not maintained at all. Would not recommend or go back. That said, our 16 month old, that doesn’t mind dirty run down toys, absolutely loved it here.

Fun place for the kids to spend a few hours. Quite hot inside so dress in cool clothing. Make sure you explore all the areas for different things to do.We stayed in the toddler area and took pics there but there's a great jungle gym for older kids too.

I was very pleasantly surprised on taking my daughter back to big top today. Previously I had taken her I was pretty disgusted how run down and filthy the whole place was and how unfriendly management was. On walking in I noticed there was a whole new set of faces behind the counter. All friendly and inviting. Previously when we visited all I could think of as a parent was how dirty everything was and how concerned I was that other guests were eating/ feeding kids at a place where you could visually see how messy/ dirty the kitchen was. On our visit today I spoke to the owner who confirmed they only had just taken over this week. I was shocked on how much she had achieved in so little time. She confirmed that they will be updating equipment in due time, which excites me to see what this place will come to be! I encourage people who have previously had a bad experience to take their kids back and support our local - you won’t be disappointed!

Celebrated my daughters second birthday here and we couldn't be happier! Our positive experience started with the new owners guiding us through the available food platters late into the night to ensure our dietary requirements were greatly satisfied. On the day, we were looked after so well with constant check in's by the owner to see how we were tracking along and if they could be of assistance. The venue had a great split of a toddler play area and the main play area had great equipment as well! Easy to navigate as a parent too! The tike cars and tricycles were a very pleasant addition to my daughters experience, she thoroughly enjoyed zooming between play areas in the variety of tikes. The food was really good as well, and the coffee's sublime!! All in all, we will definitely be visiting more often and can't recommend them enough! Well done guys, and thank you for making my daughters birthday so memorable!
