Been waiting for a transfer, first client officer didn’t even start the process.. Office seems very un organised , but the new Office building is high end port Macquarie I’m sure the tax payers are happy to pay the office rent. Actually they have to separate office space in this building, as now they have separated Koori housing.

I was told these people are supposed to help you if you're on disability and homeless with chdren. I had to fork out $1000 a week to stay in a motel for 2 weeks, with no help from them what so ever. No matter how many times I went in there asking for help. Then I had to find the money for a bond and someone to move our stuff into a holiday unit the size of a shoe box for the 3 of us. And I had to find this money after paying for the motel. They were very rude to me and I ended up leaving in tears every time.

I have been waiting for nearly 12 months for maintenance issue to be dealt with i moved in to property and there was pre existing water damage with has resulted in a rotting skirting board/wall and moldy and damaged carpet i have called that many times. I have Spoke to my worker she took photos 6 months ago said it was health and safety issue but still nothing has been done I have three two year olds and im scared for their safety as its getting worse.

Reqested an Aboriginal officer last October. Was told I would get a call back. In January at a NAIDOC family fun day I left my details with the Port Macquarie manager telling her I had not had a call back it is now end of June and despite calling several times I have not received a call. This even though I told the manager I was living in my car. Unfriendly and uncaring staff.
