R.M.Williams Chermside

A huge thanks to Natt, who went above and beyond to find me the boots that I wanted. This is my second pair of R.M. Williams boots, they fit perfectly, and are so comfortable.

Kerrie was amazing! I had a pair of boots returned from repair with an issue caused by the workshop, customer service on the phone was no help yet Kerrie was incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive in finding a suitable outcome. She showed me a range of options and ensured I was completely satisfied. Thanks Kerrie for your help and smiley face in getting this resolved.

Bought some jeans today, I love this store. Lots of stock, quality product. Dealt with a young lady called Yas, she was prompt, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this business.

Could not believe it when our server, Naree, told us she had never worked in retail before. She could sell ice to an eskimo. Very happy with her patience, help and service. Only problem was we spent more than we intended too!

Fran served me and was absolutely brilliant. Lovely lady and very knowledgeable. Great fun as well. Even had a beer with the crew at the pub after work. They kept the store open after closing time for me because I couldn't decide which boot to buy. The staff are a credit to your company.

Delighted with the customer service at RMW Chermside. I was visiting Brisbane on a business trip and I bought few things from this shop. A lovely young gentlemen assisted me ( I think his name was Barth ). He was very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. The shop looked very smart and it would be a pleasure to shop there again in the future.

Natalie went to such much trouble to help me (as an out of town over the phone caller), including ringing around other RM stores to locate some particular shirts I was wanting.In the end she was able to source everything.
