For my wedding I had booked for myself and my bridesmaids to have their hair done at this salon. I was greeted at 7:30am without even a smile. The lady who did my hair (presuming her name was Janine) was so annoyed that I had brought my daughter who was my flower girl to to the salon and kept on asking me why I didn't have anyone to sit for her. I was really taken aback by how rude she was and her rude demeanour. She appeared agitated and just clearly didn't want to be there doing my hair. They were fully aware that it was my wedding day as I had booked way in advance and paid 1 week prior to the event. I had specifically just asked for curls in my hair. She just rushed through the process of placing the hot rolls in my hair. Bits of my hair was falling out of the hot rollers and my bridesmaid had to point it out to her that this was happening. Once she took the hair out of the rollers she just gave it a light spray. By the time I arrived home which was less than 10minutes all of my curls had gone and I ended up having to go back to the salon a second time and another lady did my hair. She was good and did a much better job than the other lady who simply avoided me when I returned. At the end she came up to my hair, held a curl, flicked it down and disgruntingly said you never know with hair how it will stay on the day". As a professional hair dresser I was not impressed by her behaviour which was childish
