All the staff are so friendly and helpful! Shareece helped me put a beautiful gold chain on laybuy. Walked in just to have a look, walked out a happy customer with a forever piece. All the staff are so friendly and help me when I come in.

Don't recommend this store for any jewellery repairs. They send it away. And I asked twice for update. They couldn't even find my name or ph no on computer for 2 weeks . Didnt phone as promised to update . After 3rd visit found out it was linked to Toowoomba shop.Then when they told me they would call when it arrived did not do so. Staff follow up and return calls. Then you tried to charge me as I had already paid half for repairs. You are all friendly enough but not professional. Anyone wanting jewellery repairs find someone local.

Wow!! If you want a positive shopping experience, professional service and want to be treated like a long lost friend, then head to this destination for all your jewellery and watch needs. Can't express my gratitude enough to all the staff there for their outstanding service. Pricing is competitive and overall approach and attitude, worthy of commendation. Amelia, Kenya and Shareece, are worthy of particular mention here. No customer is permitted to leave without being 100% fully satisfied !!!! A terrific team of people.
