Staff are friendly and helpful. The clothing section can sometimes be a bit messy and I've noticed that depleted items take a long time to be restocked. Also, the products themselves don't seem to change very often, it'd be nice to see new stuff more frequently.

Loved going to Kmart every time I went to Gungahlin ,not going there ever againTheir latest stance on Australia Day has finished me off. Go Woke Go Broke Kmart. Get lost. Will go to Big W now for bargains. So unaustralian. Weren't impressed with their spying cameras either. Sad day.

Good service. But I really have a terrible experience buying a bike in here. First they assembled the wrong bike for me, made me went there for nothing. Second time I phone them and they told me it was already built, but after I came found that it actually not. Third time I finally got my bike, but on my way home the gears of the rear wheel was suddenly loosen, and the handle was also not tight made me almost fell off the bike,it was really dangerous! The bike assemble is so unreliable! I will definitely not recommend you to buy your bike in this store.

As a regular shopper of Kmart, I was disappointed after attending this store on holidays. No staff and the store is by far, the filthiest Kmart, I have ever walked into. Boxes and stock everywhere with no staff putting it out and the floor and the rubbish laying around is a disgrace. Two stars as I was able to find what I was looking for.

Terrible customer service and store manager. Lost my online photoframe order, refused to acknowledge or apologise or deliver later. Offered no solution whatsoever. Extremely rude customer service/manager. This store is a perfect example of Kmart's couldn't care less attitude.

Good range of items and competitive prices. However, it can be hard to find staff to assist you and the checkouts are oddly located in the centre of the store.
