I ordered Death by chocolate cake very happy with the cake. My guess said it was the nicest chocolate cake they have had it was not heavy. And the decorations on top was a wow factor. Best birthday cake. Thank you.

Really bad service dont ask if you have a coffee card but take your money and then saying too late when you ask after it’s paid but they take the moneyThe coffee is also made way to hot above drinking temperature and tastes terrible.Rude service dont greet you ,Terrible tasting coffee avoid this Ferguson plarres

Lovely staff and always a good selection of cakes on various sizes. Hot food also available including pies and sausage rolls. There is a seating area here.

Pretty happy with this place.I find it hard finding a decent pie in Australia and the ones here are good. Also the brand of iced tea they carry is good.

Butter chicken pie absolutely sensational . curry pie amazing could have had a bit more curry but still amazing and French vanilla slice to die for .

Went here because I was hungry as you do.Iwould have to say the pie was hot.the pastry crunchy and it tasted very good. The staff were also very nice. I wouldn’t have mind the premium price of a pie but I got a bit of dissatisfaction, the pie was only half full of meat. Any way still a good pie

I purchased twice from Ferguson’s already this week (cupcakes for a birthday) which I ordered over the phone on Tuesday 17/9. Which I collected on Wednesday. On the same day over the phone I ordered a birthday cake to be picked up today 21/9 which I was told was $27.50. I collected the birthday cake today which was a gluten free truffle cake & was told it was $36.20. I told the sales assistant I had been quoted $27.50 over the phone. She said I had been quoted on an orange cake & the person over the phone had made a mistake. When I asked if I could have the truffle cake for the priceI had been quoted as I understood a mistake had been made, she asked the manager & the manager refused. I stood my ground & explained that this was an error on the part of Ferguson’s staff & I think they should honour what was quoted, but they refused. I’m really upset about this. I have been twice to Ferguson’s this week & spent money with them. It’s not even the extra $$ That I’ve been charged, that’s important to me. It’s the principle & customer service ethics. I am in business myself & if I misquote a price I stick by my word & honour that. I normally go to another bakery for all my family birthday cakes but wanted to try Ferguson’s this time. You have lost me as a customer Ferguson’s. This was my first time & this will be my last. Very disappointing & very poor customer service. I won’t be back & I think some training in honesty & integrity would not go astray in your company. Please give me the courtesy of a reply back at least. Thank you.
