Airport Shuttle Just Go

A driver of yours, pushed his way into heavy traffic on the m5, almost took out the front of my car. Driver had no regard to other cars or his surroundings and then proceeded to give me the finger for him doing the wrong thing. Distasteful and would never book with your company! Get drivers who actually know how to merge into traffic the correct way. I have the drivers number plate too.

Have used Just Go Airport Shuttle, 2 years in a row, to Sydney Airport and back home. I have a family of four, which includes two small children. John and his team are great! They are helpful, reliable, on time and their prices are very affordable. Would highly recommend Just Go Airport Shuttle.

Twice i have used this service and find them faultless.They have picked us up from the Doonside hotel at 04:30 in the mornibg and taken our group to the domestic terminal.....They are always on time and the quote you get does not change...When we fly back to sydney they were there on perfect timing with our plane....Thanking you again big john and little john on a great service......Mark Picko

I have used John and Am several times. Now I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will never use them again. After accepting a booking 2 weeks ago in writing via email and asking if they can come early 'due to traffic' to which I agreed, they then tried calling at 9pm the NIGHT BEFORE, then sends text msgs at 9:26pm asking if it can be an extra 15mins earlier. When I said I wasn't happy, the response was well they weren't happy either and they wanted to cancel. Shocking shocking service to call after hours the night before a 7am pick up to change a booking time that was confirmed by them via email 2 weeks prior. I'm going to speak to Fair Trading as I have now had to book an Uber at 10pm the night before. I could have booked this at a cheaper rate 2 weeks earlier. I would not recommend them as they will not honour a prior commitment. Oh and when I tried to call to discuss it 1 minute after their last text message, they would not answer.
