By far the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with. They have zero absolutely zero customer service and product availability. Managers half asleep on a escalation and they genuinely don’t care about their customers. We are out of gas since Thursday and they did not refill in time and since then we are stuck without hot water or cooking in this festive season. Absolutely no regard for their customers. You should hear them over the phone. Script reading disappointing humans with no care. What a shame this company is really. Reporting them to the Energy Ombudsman today.

We run a dog grooming biz and have been ordering 45kg bottles from Elgas for the past couple of years with a frequency of every 2 weeks. There service has been good until the last couple of month. Two separate deliveries have taken over two weeks to deliver. Still waiting for the last delivery. When you call up to follow up you get a a rude operator telling you to go connect bbq bottles instead. Going to give these guys the flick, shocking service!

Elags let us down for the fourth time. Even with they promised to delivery gas to us on the same day they failed. You can not run your business to really on them. Very disappointed....

I have been with Elgas for 10 years, they always deliver within 7 days. I recently had an issue with my account. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more patient, kind, understanding or helpful.Thank you sincerely.Sandra Timewell

Terrible service. I WOKE UP THIS MORNING TO FIND BOTH MY CYLINDERS REMOVED BY ELGAS BECAUSE MY BILL WAS OVERDUE. THEY DIDN'T SEND ME ANY WARNINGS OR REMINDERS AS PER THE ACCC. I WAS ONLY LATE BY A FEW DAYS. THE SUPERVISOR ARGUED WITH ME AND WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I MOVED TO A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER WHICH WAS 25% CHEAPER AND UNDERSTAND THERE OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE ACCC.

Ran out of gas (again) . Called Elgas Friday am and was on hold for ages. Finally got through & they promised Saturday emergency delivery. We rang again today & they reassured it would definately be coming today. It's now 6:15pm and still no gas. We have no hot water, middle of winter. They blatantly lied to us. Very poor service. Kid's couldn't shower after playing sport. Very average company!!!

I've been using this company for a couple of decades. Over the past few months the service provided has been woeful, with no consideration given for long-term customer loyalty. Cancelled account. Go elsewhere people for a much better service for your dollar spent.

If only I could give this shonky company zero stars (I feel so sorry for their call center employees who cope the flack for the incompetence of their executive). We put an order in on the 7 June 2021. Received an automated email stating delivery would be 14 June 2021. Did not come. Checked my account online. Delivery date had changed to 15 July, yet we did not even receive a text letting us know the delivery date had changed by a month! Waited till the 15th July. No gas delivered! Checked my account again. Delivery date had changed again to 22 July, and again no notification! Both times I rang their call center, and they gave me exactly the same reason both times, as if reading from a prompt: we are experiencing extended delays in your areas". It might as well have been an automated message. They said their supervisor would call back. Nothing. At some point
