Points North Apartments

Highly recommend staying here, not only is it on the beach and close to shops and dining, the management team Lee and Vanessa are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is an issue and they bend over backwards to make your stay very special. I will be returning definitely with my children. It’s very clean and well maintained. Prefect, loved it

Our best holiday ever. The location is absolute perfect, the pool is huge and the kids has a blast being in there all day! Vanessa (Manager) was so kind and patient with us as we worked through some banking issues on check in. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The rooms are definitely a bit dated but I absolutely loved the character that brought to the room! Ours even had some buckets, spades and boogie board for the kids to use along with puzzles and board games. The view from the room was INCREDIBLE. I initially thought the bed was a bit hard but I ended up having four of the best sleeps I’d had in months! Also located right above a Woolies.We will definitely be returning in Summer if the weather permits! Thank you for having us! X

The crew at Reception are THE BEST I have ever encountered anywhere. Thank you Jen, Chelsea and everyone for looking after us so well. We loved Points North so much we did a revisit within the same month. Can't wait to return again.

Ignore all previous feedback (except the good stuff lol). This place is under NEW MANAGEMENT and it’s fantastic. Vanessa was super helpful and friendly when we booked and again when we checked in. The process was fast and easy and all the while a genuine smile was on her dial. Nothing was too hard during our stay - Lee was helpful and informative.Yes the room was a little dated - but I knew that when I booked the standard room and the website shows exactly what you are getting and honestly - as long as it’s clean (which it was - very!) and the view is AMAZING, and convenience is second to none, and the staff are friendly and go above and beyond - what more could you ask for?! Do yourselves a favour and stay with these guys!

This accommodation was amazing. The apartment was clean, and a substantial size for our family. Both bedrooms had views of Goldy, and the balcony was quite large too.The location was also a key highlight, with the accommodation having access to the shops and restaurants.To sum it up, there is currently a 3.7 star average which is not a true evaluation of this place.With a young family, it was so easy to get public transport from the airport to this place. We will be back again.

The apartment was lovely and clean, well equipped, the view was amazing and so handy to shops. Also our thanks to the great staff who were so helpful and accommodating. We have booked our next stay.

WOW what a beautiful place to stay, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was at the back of the building but the views were amazing including ocean views too. The apartment was spacious and modern too. Staff were very helpful for our short stay. The only downside was we as a family did not stay long enough, we should of stayed here 1st and spent 5 nights here. Close to shops, eateries, supermarket and beaches . Highly recommend staying here, suited for all.

My room on floor 18 was amazing. Newly renovated and the views were stunning. The let down was the building and communal interiors. It is very dated (apart from the reception). The walls, carpets and doors in the communal spaces were old, daggy and dated. I have come here a few times and it still looks old! The pool could do with some retiling and new pool fencing.I like to stay in a really nice room and found the perfect room, but the shared spaces and the actual building let it down. With a 30 year old building, it needs to interior and exterior money spent on it from the body corporate.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The view was spectacular. Everything was clean and we could not fault the place. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Great place to stay and location, location, location!!
