Really brilliant array of yarns, sewing machine needles, fabric dye, buttons... I dropped in thinking I'd have to go to a certain large chain store to get some items I needed but instead found it ALL here. Great advice and friendly service. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Very rude owner of the store. Young girl was lovely & helpful. Shame that the old owner was so abrupt ! You try to support local & have bad experiences with shop owners like this woman. Will be shopping elsewhere.

a shop of 'full and plenty' for all my yarn needs!so many wools and always new seasons, so many new and classic patterns,(and only one pair of hands!) sees me back regularly!the owners' love and expertise with all things wool and patterns, tgether with her amiable assistance, makes for a great experience!can't recommend highly enough.

I go there for special haberdashery needs like embroidery cotton, dyes and dye remover, the odd fastener or piece of quality fabric and stuff you won't find anywhere else. My mum was a seamstress and made a lot of the clothes I grew up in, so being a bloke I still feel quite comfortable around cotton, wool and other natural fibres.

It was a joy to find this shop. A proper wool shop with choices of brands and knowledge about all things knitting. Great range. I noticed other craft options available in store, but I was focussed on the wool. I'll be back.
