I came to Mercedes yesterday looking for help with parts for my truck, with no idea what I wanted. I know nothing about trucks and other dealerships I went to didn’t take me seriously as I’m a young woman. Brett assisted me and was so kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and nothing was too much of a hassle. I will definitely be going back to visit Brett in the future for all my needs. Thank you Brett for all your help!

After spending all morning phoning around chasing a part for a customers car & with very little assistance. I finally spoke with Mark from Daimler in the parts department, who was more than helpful. Mark actually went over and above, especially after I had given him the incorrect information to begin with & when I called back (more than once) he was extremely patient & helpful. Next time I am chasing a Mercedes part, I will start with Daimler. Thanks so much for all your help Mark, it was wonderful to speak with someone who really cares about their customers wants and needs.Highly Recommend!Ray & Amanda
