Purchased 2 stone tables. On assembling the tables noticed damage on one of the tables. I cannot praise the staff from Manager Sam, to floor staff Lewis and Delivery Greg highly enough. Resolved issue, arranged and delivered new table. It’s been a long time since I have received such excellent customer service.

We have been customers of this store since day 1.Today I was there with my disabled mate Al with a couple of tricky things that we needed help with.As always the service provided by Mark Baker; Kaz and in fact every single employee we encountered was above and beyond fantastic.I hope management appreciates the engaging and friendly service provided by the wonderful people they employ?I’ve shopped in many Bunnings stores over the years; but Rosebud leads by a country mile.

The guys and ladies out in the trade section we're fantastic. Bought some 6m lengths of wood they helped me sort it out on a trailer to hire from them. Was too big for that then I hired a ute from there to take it home. ( Didn't know could even do that) Was absolutely great service all the way, more than happy to help with me, from tieing it down making it all secure and safe. Great work will be back.

I mean it’s Bunnings they have run all the tool and hardware stores out of town and now it’s a nepotistic collective of disinterested and painfully ignorant staff. I don’t know why they are all so annoyed that people come here

Disappointing Customer ServiceI recently visited the Rosebud Bunnings store to purchase Eufy Security 2C - 4 Camera Pack Plus Homebase, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I asked the staff to price match the item with Super Cheap Auto, which was advertised at a lower price. However, they refused to honor the price match on the basis that the Super Cheap Auto price required signing up for their free loyalty program, which was not stated as a reason for vetoing price matches in Bunnings Warehouse's price match policy. Bunnings policy only excludes trade quotes
