Once again for the 4th time running in 6 weeks have they STUFFED UP the order and given the wrong order through drivethrough.Literally drive to penrith kfc as emu will just give you the wrong order and send you on your way.

Very fresh chips & great potato and gravy. Amelia was the young girl who served me! Great service with a smile and even had a swift conversation with me whilst waiting for my meal. 10/10

How can you manage to make a box of chicken so oily that it leaks through the box, the bag, and onto my car seat, yet it still seem quite dry when i eat it? I wonder if, as you were behind on your 6" minute wait by a about another 4

20 mins for 10 chicken nuggets , uber deliveries took priority over customers in the shop.Have friends that are having the same experiance.

So disappointing. The chicken was very oily. As you can see the pieces were very small. Service was adequate but the restaurant was filthy. They really seemed to be understaffed. Not sure why there isn't any consistency across all the stores. Some seem much cleaner, better run, fresher and less oily chicken. This was just dripping in oil.

Never been to a more terrible kfc outlet in my life whole restaurant was disgusting food over the floor, no stock and in the heaters about 40 min wait for food to mention this was like 12 o clock midday and they had school kids going behind the counter and taking stickers from behind the staff only doorMose well be ran by children

We waited for over 20 minutes for our order. I followed it up as our ticket number was 451 and they just called 463. I was told they were cooking bacon for the zinger burger,shortly after I collected the meals. The chips were cold and so was the chicken and supposedly delayed burger. As we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes we ate what we could and binned the rest. The restaurant is filthy. Tables that don't get cleaned and dirty floors. Even out in the cooking area when the door was open we could see rubbish on the floor. There were multiple staff at times just standing there cemented in their spots with clearly no desire or knowledge to do their jobs.Went to the toilet and it was filthy. With regards to cleanliness this has happened before multiple times at this KFC. We won't be back. Oh and the tower burger is such a disappointment. One star is too many

Just in here and oh my word. The girl eating popcorn chicken while packing my order. U can look up who she was. She knows. I spoke to her. That is a first. So bad...Food is chucked in any old How. Chips and tenders not even properly cooked. How pathetic. Is training gone out the window? Got a fillet not zinger. No water.
