I had my eyebrow and upper lip threading today (17/04/2023) as well as underarm waxing. I am really upset with the result. I have been going to this shop for my eyebrow threading if I am at Elizabeth but today I had the worst service ever. I had my armpit wax and the lady doing it was so rude. I told her that there are still hairs ib my armpit and she said she cant pull them all as it will take too long of her time. So you are giving services that is not good coz its taking time?to think its only few and i can see them even if i don’t wear my glasses. Before i recommend this parlour but not anymore.

I went there today, Sunday 19th march 2023 at about 12:30 and the lady there completely ruined my eyebrow shape, she then continued to explain that my natural brow was this shape and I know for a fact it wasn’t, I had to fix them myself and just thin them out because I have naturally thick eyebrows but as I said she ruined them and made them different so I had to thin them out myself.

I have been going to this store for my eyebrow waxing and tinting for years now and haven’t had an issue up until my recent visit where half of the top of my eyebrow was waxed off. I thought it was strange the lady didn’t show me with the little mirror when she was finished like usual, but didn’t think much of it until I was already half way home and checked in the car mirror.I have emailed them and haven’t received a response in nearly 2 weeks. Not happy and won’t be returning.

Awful experience with their lash extensions. They use plastic-feeling lashes that seem cheap, and the glue used had a strong super glue-like smell. My eyes were watering and stinging for about an hour afterwards. Would not recommend.
