Prompt and reliable service! Airforce have been servicing my home aircon units for a few years now as a referral from my electrician and I can't be happier. Recently had one unit start to fail (17 years old and great timing as it's starting to heat up) Bill arrived and provided some very sound advice, gave me the options of a possible repair and costs versus a new install, talked it through with me and allowed me to make the decision with no pressure. Today he returned to do the install and I'm looking forward to many many years of trouble free operation of my first Mitsubishi Electric unit. Highly recommend!

I've been using AirForce Air-conditioning almost yearly over the last 17 years to service my previous air conditioning unit (cleaning and inspection of the unit). I've always been very happy with all aspects of my dealings with this company. So much so that I even recommended them to one of my elderly clients.As my previous air conditioning unit was 17 years old and was starting to show its age I had no hesitation in seeking a quote from Airforce for a new unit. The price quoted as extremely reasonable. The technicians who did the install were very efficient, punctual, friendly and polite.I understand that things don't always go right so I judge a business on how they handle the times when something doesn't go to plan. In my case there was a slight delay in getting the quote to me. Very minor but I appreciated the honest explanation given and the offer to move mountains of necessary to expedite the install. Fortunately this wasn't necessary but I appreciated the no BS let's fix it approach.

Bill and the staff from Airforce Air-conditioning were friendly, helpful and hard-working. The result - wonderful! We love our new, cool, comfortable living conditions. Highly recommend.

I have used Airforce Airconditioning for installations, servicing and repairs. They are excellent at recommending the type and size of units. They are able to organise and include electrical work as part of installations.They offer a great cleaning service, they disassemble part of the units and perform deep cleans removing dirt and other build ups. The airconditioning units smelt so much better after.The clean up after the last installation was great and left the area in the same state before they started. The staff are friendly and happy to answer questions you may have.The staff are airconditioning & refrigeration mechanics able to install cassette and multi head units.Happy to recommend Airforce Airconditioning.

Had 5 aircons installed at my Carseldine residence. Bill and his team were prompt and did a good very good job. Even Deb in the office kept us updated and very well informed. Left the place clean and no mess for me to clean. We will use their service definitely againThank you for the good job.

I have been using Airforce for 20 years now; they always do a great job, no mess left behind and very responsive. If they need to duct anything inside it is always professionally covered in great quality, ready to paint (think old Queenslander!). I will never go anywhere else.

I Highly recommend. I had these guy's back, to install another air conditioner upstairs. Their teamwork was fantastic. The workmanship was top quality. And at the end, they even whipped off any finger marks on the walls etc.
