Very bad experience! Please see my email to the blind company below:Thanks Shona - but you promised delivery 4pm yesterday, not 9:56am today. Completely unacceptable! And worst still, nobody has apologized!!Your boss Steve was very rude to me this morning! I don’t know why you work for such a man, if he screams as his customers. As a consequence- I will not be moving ahead with my blind order, nor my subsequent orders which would of been substantial.I will also reviewing your business online to ensure the world knows what I just experienced. You cannot treat people like this and think you can get away with it.Tony.

I absolutely love my curtains. I had these measured and installed in my home in Cheltenham by Hannans & am very happy with the result.They are a lovely soft textured fabric & having them the full height of floor to ceiling somehow makes my room feel bigger. I always have lots of compliments when friends/family come over - worth investing in!

Steve, David and Shona from Hannans have been excellent. Very polite, professional and helpful with suggestions and ideas. Hannans have a great range of blinds and fabrics in their showroom and have been punctual for all appts. Installation was easy and clean and the final product is gorgeous. So happy with the quality and finish of these curtains and blinds. Highly recommended. Thanks

It took about 1 + month from measurement to installation and price wise is not cheap. But I have to say I am very happy with the result, the blinds look nice and in high quality, and goes well with the house.

Needed 2 separate services from them new blinds, and repairing of a curtain track (not purchased from, or installled by hannans). Their communication and knowlege was really good, as well as the quality of their blinds and curtaon track. Would definately recommend them.
