I was so reluctant while buying from them at first hand due to bad reviews here. But I liked park front home in Gables. To my surprise, they have done exceptional job in all departments. I have done post delivery inspections, they also praised the build. They have delivered my house post pendamic on time.

I bought an Ancon home from the first owner but it has not been lived in. Had constant issues from the locks not working properly, exhaust fan duct in the kitchen leaking when raining, motor in rain tank broken. The shower in the ensuite has leaked since I got it. They came and tried to repair and is still leaking from inside the shower to outside the shower. Please don't use these guys, so many bad reviews and poor quality work performed.

0/5 Poor quality, they don’t take responsibility, they don’t return emails, cheap labour, go with a reputable company this small business are a bust. Get out while you can and look for another builder. There landscaping is shocking.

Would not recommend. They lie about what you get in the home and land packages. There is no progress communication and give mths difference in finishing dates. We were told the house would be finished in march 2018 yet they pushed it through for December 2017 which gave us less time to sell our house. Told us its mandatory for insulation in internal walls but owner of company said his emplyee lied. Said it has ceasar stone benches in kitchen and they aren't they are a knock off. Many bad things with this company.

Until now they haven't rectify / fix the some issues I brought up after completion of my house last Oct 2015.I will never deal with this construction company again.Not recommended.

I'm yet to discover their quality of work as the house is in progress.However, they started changing brands now, from door locks and handlers.The brand they suggested has terrible reviews.I'll update my progress as we go alone. For the moment I would rate 1.
