After purchasing a van and travelling on its maiden trip, we experienced horrible creaking noises from our hi tech Alko tow coupling.Stopped at every RV dealer from Traralgon Victoria to Eden Nsw. Got blank looks and no service anywhere. Rang our Apollo dealer and they put us on to Craig.Although he didn't have parts for such a specialised coupling, he knew his stuff. Phone support and a physical inspection put us on the right path to solving the issue.Nice bloke, sound knowledge, resourceful staff and overall just plain great servivce.Highly recommended!

Craig was great and very helpful. I was on holidays from the Gold Coast and broke the handle on my jockey wheel and couldn’t wind it up or down. It was around Xmas time and I thought I had no chance of getting it in anywhere to get it fixed with everyone being too busy or on holidays. I gave Craig a ring and he told me to bring it in and sorted me out even though he had heaps of other work on at the same time. Charged me barely anything either I think it was around $20 and then to top it off he even helped me pop rivet back in one of my gas struts that had come off for no charge. Bloody legend!

A big thank you to Craig for giving me a few more sleeps(patched leak due 2lack of part). In the deluge AC started leaking ON MY BED & he fitted me in his v busy schedule. Don't know how long it'll last on my month long trip, buthank u 4 your services ECR!!
