I did not have a nice experience. I bought a dress in their shop in Williamstown, which no-one at home liked it on me, so I returned it back. I could not get money back. No-one told me before I paid that they will not refund money back if I wanted to return it. Even discounted dress was very expensive.I am not sure when I will be able to spend a large credit they put my money on as shop has limited size range. I feel betried even their policy says no returns" when I read it on their website afterwards. It's not enough just write policy and stick to it when you deal with customers"
