Amazing place unfortunately Chris wasn't able to be here so Doug was johnny on the spot... a very lovely man.. our room was perfect.. haven't had dinner yet but I'm sure it will be fantastic.. highly recommend this place AMAZING and so welcoming... three cheers..a place that looks better when you arrive than the Web site ... definitely recommend and we will be back... Genuine and welcoming hosts, beautiful location, spotless and for a few dollars more why would you ever stay at a motel. Having stayed at well over a hundred b & b ' s all over the world this is up there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Block Vista B&B. The rooms were beautiful and modern and the surrounding views were wonderful!Chris was extremely accommodating, and the cooked breakfast was the perfect start to the day.There is nothing that Chris and her husband haven't thought of, with signs from the highway leading you to the property, netflix on the TV, and beautiful decor.

Lovely accommodation in a peaceful rural setting. Wide open vistas and welcoming hosts add to the five star feeling. Perfect for a weekend with friends or just to get away for a day or two to de-stress.

A belated review for our stay in July this year … we had a fabulous time using The Block as our base for an explore around the South Burnett. Chris and Doug were fantastic hosts and enjoying those ‘top of the hill’ views with a drink each afternoon was so relaxing.Both the rooms and the common space were excellent and certainly cosy through those cooler nights when we were there.The provided breakfasts were consistently great and we took up the offer of a night time meal as well and it was all delicious.

What a wonderful overnight stay!! It was so quiet and peaceful. Our room was absolutely delightful. Our breakfast was presented beautifully and tasted just as good. To top it off, our hosts, Doug and Chris, were very friendly and helpful. We won’t hesitate to call in again when travelling south. A beautiful spot.

Can't recommend 'the Block' highly enough. Chris and Doug go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. They have literally thought of everything......and I'm fussy. Make sure you stop here if even only for 1 night. You won't be sorry!!
