Shop is always busy but they let you know how long they will be when you enter the shop. There is always someone at the door to greet you and to ad you to the line if they are busy and if you need to organise a plan or buying a new phone or tablet. The staff will spend time with you explaining everything with your plan or your device. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t expect to walk in and out in 5 mins the staff like to make sure you get what you want and need. They are not pushy. They just want to make sure you get what you happy with.

Been to Telstra’s Taree branch on multiple occasions for different reasons, they are honestly the best bunch of workers. They make everything so simple and the customer service is fantastic! The entire team there is amazing no matter who you talk to. They make everything so stress free and really go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, honestly couldn’t be happier. 10/10

Told to come back in 30 min ,they would ring , we did,that wasn’t a problem we went back and then told to go away again for another 30 min.. where is the customer service and respect. The employee needs to be sacked. Optus much better.

Had an issue with a lost SIM from Boost so I went to Telstra Taree and the issue was resolved in 10 minutes, really good friendly professional crew.

I have been trying to contact this store for 3 days and have left multiple messages. Even though their message says they will return your call that day not once has this happened. He'll is be happy if they reigned it the next day

always busy not sure if that is good or bad. But in my experience MOST of the staff are great. One guy even gave me his personal phone number if a needed help. you could ask for no more..

Now you have to book a spot online to visit your shop???????You have to be kidding me?Why is this even necessary?Rest assured I won't be attending this store until this nonsense stops.On second thoughts , I'll just cancel altogether and go OPTUS.
