Dr Roadworthy - mobile safety certificates

Called to enquire about getting my 750CC bike road worthy. Received a very prompt and polite phone call confirming they were unable to assist due the engine capacity. Aaron very helpfully recommended another business who could certify larger engined bikes which I am so grateful. Will be coming to Dr Roadworthy for future roadworthys for sure! Excellent customer service.

The gentleman who did our roadworthy certificate was very professional. Not only did he do the certificate in a timely manner, he also gave tips on transferring registration from interstate.Double thumbs up mate.

Got an urgent roadworthy within a couple of hours of calling up despite having called about 12 other places that were all fully booked for today. They fit me in promptly and happily without making it seem like I was being an inconvenience. The actual certificate only took about 15 minutes to obtain.Aaron gave me a call to let me know he'd arrived, which was within the time he told me over the phone, was super quick and professional but also had a sense of humour that brightened my day. Gave me advice on another car of mine and was very considerate of my well-being and safety as a road user.The kind of service other companies can learn from and that I appreciated when paying for the job, which was also a very reasonable fee considering he did it so promptly.Highly recommend.

Needed a RWC urgently and sent them an email on Sunday night. Got back to me within half an hour and inspection was arrange for the next day at 7.30am morning.
