Dr Ravida has one of the lightest hands ever for a dentist. A non stop talker, I’m being entertained while having my teeth cleaned. My teeth and gums are super sensitive. Despite this, she makes the dental experience a good one without any negativity associated with it. Highly recommend!

Dr Susan Ravida and her team are always very happy to help. My kids are eager to go to see her for their check-ups and extractions without hesitation. Best of all my kids are not scared to see the dentist and there are no tears after sitting on the dental chair, even when needles are involved!I trust their team to do what is best for me and my children. They are honest with their feedback and their professional recommendations are for the interest of the patient. I would not go anywhere else.

After an awful experience with another dentist, I was really anxious about my appointment however, Susan and her team had me at ease immediately. The atmosphere and genuine, attentive staff make such a difference so I'm very thankful to find such a great place. Cannot recommend enough and I'm no longer scared of dentists!

Dr.Sanya was fantastic. The entire experience was calming and organised from reception through to the regular checkup. Dr Sanya explained everything she was doing and why. She was empathetic and kind regarding my medical condition that negatively impacts my teeth. She is very knowledgeable and personable.

had an appointment with Dentist Jung Yeh. By far the worst experience. Showed absolutely zero interest in investigating the issue. Terrible attitude. Will NOT go for another appointment with her (even if get paid to do it)

I have a fear of dentists. That being said I will be attending Primary Dental Elizabeth again! The doctor was so calming, reassuring and answered all of my questions. There was no judgement as my teeth were in bad shape and she gave me a quote for each step of my visit. The cost was very very cheap compared to other dentist I have been to. I had a treatment plan drawn up, with a quote on cost! The office it's self is very modern, clean and inviting. Thank you for a trip to the dentist without the panic attack!

I booked online. Toothache. Found a cancelled slot the same day. No messing about with exam one day and treatment another day. So pleased with how it went from go to whoa.
