Staff is really nice and extremely helpful. Customer service is 7 star ! Centre has washroom facility, so you can get easy before your journey.

Simple but serves the purpose intended. There is a great coffee shop next door that is open at 7am. The transit centre is only open for a few hours in the morning, 9am- noon, the a few hours in the afternoon. There are a couple of lounges to sit on if it rains. I would advise booking on line a few days prior to departure, although most people just turn up and pay on the day

It's a transit centre so it does the job. There is a vending machine (cash only) and a bathroom. There are seats to wait on.

the lady wroking at the desk is super super helpful, always willing to look for information for us and tell us the best way to visit some places. Definitely the best transit center I have ever been to. If you are traveling in Tasmania and don’t have a car, no worries, they will help you out with no doubt!!! 100% satisfied with their service:)))

Very convenient and the lady at the counter was lovely, and right on top of things. The busses were clean and right on schedule.
