We have been using CRT for the last 10 years and in the last 24 months we had constant issues with our server disconnecting, leaving us unable to work. We were bombarded with computer jargon and made to believe this was normal". After endless discussions and thousands of dollars later we were forced to change providers with instant relieve of this ongoing agonizing saga. Our new provider fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes and costs a fraction of what CRT charged. Very disappointing experience!"

outstanding IT support. had an issue with my computers powersupply frying my motherboard and they traced it back to the cause of the issue and fixed it properly and permanently. with recommendations to assure it never happened again at any location
