Had lunch at this very small town park. It's clean, two picnic tables with a free shared BBQ, both covered. Toilet facilities. Playground suitable for younger kids (under 9) and it's secure and gated for their safety. It looks like it's a preschool playground, but its the public park. Turn into the dirt driveway on the side of the park leads to the tables.
