Paradise Massage

I told the lady at the counter i wanted a FULL BODY RELAXATION Massage for 1 hour, I also explained that i was very Sensitive and that it needed to be light.She asked if i had ever had Remedial Massage i said no i cant i'm Sensitive... She told me she would relay this to the Therapist.The Therapist was very Rough and even though i kept saying ouch and lighter and groaning she kept digging in... NOT RELAXING!.This would have been good if i asked for remedial Massage....Not only that it was not full body, She did not turn me over and only did the back of my body.When i went to the counter at the end, The Lady said how was it? I replied ok, but not relaxing.. She said GOOD!! no, sorry, no how can we do better.. Nothing! not even a Friendly see you next time or have a good day... very Rude and a waist of Money.

Worst massage experience ever, I’ve been having massages weekly for years and this is the first time I experienced a therapist using her phone with one hand and the other hand rested on me for 20 mins out of a 25 min massage and they still made me pay for it!Don’t come here it’s unprofessional and you will waste your time and money!

Great message place after a good exercise! All the soreness in my muscles disappear and the staff were friendly. They may have difficulties communicating but the message itself was amazing!

I would give this place negative stars if that was an option. Worst massage I have ever received, I do not believe the person was qualified in remedial massage. When I asked the question, they could not understand what I was asking and just said yes. The next day when I woke up my neck and shoulders were so sore and I could not move my neck properly.There are many other massage places at garden city go to one of them instead, I am never going back here and would not recommend it to anyone.

Not professional in skills & bad customer service. Rush to finish, when there is client waiting, without any tea provided. Don’t waste your money and time!!!
