BEBE NAILS & BROW BAR MENTONE

Got my nails done here on Wednesday (sns with tips). Not only did the lady hurt my nail and then made me bleed, but then cut my nails too short. I then picked a colour however it looked a lot different on my nail and was a completely different colour. I tried to address this with the women however she tried to tell me that it wasn’t finished and it would get fixed. Not only did this happen but I was also in the store for 1 hour 45 minutes.

I have previously had my nails done here and one brazilian wax by the owner with no problems. But two weeks ago I received second degree burns from a waxer at this place. She couldn't speak English, so she asked me to explain what I wanted into a translator app on her phone, which I did, I also showed her with my hands over and over what I wanted. I couldn't have been clearer. She indicated she knew what I wanted and then did exactly the opposite to what I asked for. She also burned my entire pubic area with the wax and either put acetone or alcohol on it to finish it off. I burst out crying and ran out of the place with the job unfinished. I have had weeks of treating it to heal and my pubic skin area is scarred for life. I have been traumatised by this experience. Beware.

Very disappointed. I have been coming here off and on for years and have always found the service and customer care to be “hit or miss”. Today, after driving 20 minutes out of my way to get to a pre booked appointment at this salon for 10am, I was disappointed to discover the salon was CLOSED. Even though both online, on the store front and when I called to book it was advised the salon would be open from 9.30am. I attempted to call the salon 3 times and received no answer or response. Won’t be back.

After seeing so many amazing reviews of their service I thought I would try out the salon being new in the area. I found that I had to ask the male technician numerous times to straighten up my nails (something that causes me a lot of anxiety). I still left with some nails not completely straight at the top. I noticed he was too busy on selling RAT than focusing on client. I am happy with the colour. It was a 2 hour process and I could have visited on a off day. But I will return on a day that is not as busy and maybe ask for a different technician ☺️

Hi all, I tried calling Bebe salon - but instead of replying they sent me a text telling me to come in. So not a polite way to engage with me! But l went anyway - they did my toenails and fingernails at the same time - so it was a real juggle with one had in the Uber mail dryer on my lap for my finger nails and the other person moving my legs around to do my toenails. I was only person in the shop, so there was no reason to have 2 people at once - lPolitely showed my distress to them doing my both f&t nails that way may cause accidental dints in my nails - well they did, three nails were ruined, and later when l had chance to, l examined my toe nails and it was such a bad job - l had been to Bebe nail Place several times before - so l was appalled at their behaviour and that they did such a poor job on both finger and toe nails - l usually don’t write reviews, lm only writing this in hope Bebe salon lifts its service and that others who go there get a better service. If l could post pics l would. Bebe salon l hope you lift yr service and also treat people with abit more respect. Especially the younger man who did my nails

Loved getting my nails done for the first time. Lovely trained staff, very helpful with all my queries.Helen is professional at waxing she did an amazing job with my eyebrows just a clean up she was so gentle, I will definitely go back to BeBe Nails.Thank you staff for putting up with my questions, and making me feel at ease.Thank youFigen

Couldn’t be happier with this salon. After trying many local ones for SNS but not being happy with them I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here and I’m so glad I found them. Super friendly and amazing service, five stars all the way!!!

Shellac started chipping the next day. One week later and I need to get all redone. Had asked for a full manicure and they just did a shellac change. Honestly, not worth the money at all.

My mum took my daughter and niece, she called prior and asked if they do young kids and they said yes. When the older lady was doing my daughters nails who is three she yelled at her for not having her hand straight and told the two girls they were wasting her time as she was busy, they are 3 and 6 and simply weren’t holding their fingers correctly. They were so rude will never go back
