This Would have to be the Best Chemist I have Been to, since moving to Brookfield from East Ivanhoe,. The Knowledge of The Pharmacist Gerbinda is So Comforting, Not Only His Advice but his Kindness towards all Customers is Truly wonderful. The Chemist Staff, Maree, Maureen, Sue and all Staff are such Kind, very Helpful caring Soul's. Highly Recommend chemist, Great Selection of all items and Great Gift Ideas.

Absolutely appalling customer service by Indian pharmacist. I went in on Saturday afternoon, not a soul in sight either. I can understand why there are no customers in there.She was so rude and abrupt. So I just gave it back to her.She then went to tell me how many tablets to take as per the prescription, I mentioned my doctor told me otherwise which I assumed he just mixed up his wording.The pharmacist then got her back up and spoke to me in such a defensive manner.Not once was I rude whilst in that day.But I’ll never return.Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a grown woman.

First time I have been to this chemist and it will be the last.Charged almost double to fill my script compared to any other chemist in Melton.The staff were more interested in chatting to each other than doing what they are paid for..No wonder a $17 script cost $30 here.

Half the staff are nice the other staff it’s like they are being forced to deal with you. And the best thing is my prescriptions generally cost me 17$ I came here and was charged 60$. Save your money and drive to chemist warehouse! Don’t waste hard earned money in this place.

Plenty of parking, easy to excess, staff was very friendly and helpful. It was much organised and planned. Customer service was much improved and exceptionalMedicine was expensive then Chemist wear house but definitely much less wait time then Chemist ware houseThumbs up

Worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with, so disappointment with the stupidity and lack of respect!! Rude and unprofessional! Doesn't even deserve one star!!I'm 11 weeks pregnant (High Risk pregnancy) and have a Sinusitis infection that started a few days ago and started getting worse last night. The sinusitis has caused severe congestion in my nose, head, ears, jaw and teeth. Haven't been able to sleep or eat properly and most of all keep food down due to severe morning sickness. Had no choice but to call a home doctor at 2am and was completely booked out for the night but managed to get a phone appointment instead. Doctor prescribed me with Amoxicillin and said he'd send it to this pharmacy.So when I phoned the pharmacy this morning and gave them my name the pharmacist responds with There's no prescription under your name" being completely drained from the night before and just desperately needing some antibiotics I phoned my local doctor and couldn't get any appointment unless I wait on stand-by in person or for an over the phone last minute consultation. I accepted the phone consult and not even 5 minutes later I get a phone call from the doctor who prescribed me with the exact same antibiotic as the overnight doctor did. Being a Saturday I had to pay $101 for the phone appointment which I didn't mind at this point. My partner calls me up not too long later to tell me it was weird the pharmacist never received my script. He called them up gave them my name and what do you know!!!! **They had my f**king prescription right there!!** I just lost my sh!t by this point thinking why the pharmacist was never clear to me. They had my prescription and I paid for a phone consultation for nothing. I phoned the pharmacy to ask about his mistake

Such a rip off of a pharmacy! I just had a repeat prescription filled at Chemist Warehouse. It cost me $12.50. The same prescription was originally filled at Ron Davis Pharmacy Melton at a cost of $31.62. That’s a difference of $19.12…almost TWENTY dollars!!! Daylight robbery! I’ll never go to Ron Davis Pharmacy again! Chemist Warehouse has just won a new regular customer!!!

There should be a dislike button as well. The medicine that I bought for $6.50 from chemist warehouse, they charged $16.95 for it. Same medicine, same brand. And then they refused to accoet return. Please go to chemist warehouse always or anywhere with same prices, not here!!!

I needed to attested 5 documents from the pharmacist at about 8 pm. The receptionist lady refused to do that and said they don’t do after 6 pm whereas, there were no customers except me. I told her that I drove 20 min for this. She told me to come next morning and did not bother to ask the pharmacist who was just behind whether she could do or not. How people could be heartless. I wish her attesting capacity could be removed if she refuses from doing that.

Really Messed around & a rip off.Had to go back twice over 1 subscription.Didn't have enough tabs for the subscription.Gave me a date to come back on for the rest.They were still short when I came back the second time.When they finally filled the script the third time I received attitude from the Pharmacist as though they were doing me a favour filling the rest of the subscription.The thing that should be known is I had to pay for the whole subscription first up.They had me concerned they were trying to short change me with the fact were obviously annoyed I wanted the whole subscription & they couldn't keep some from me.This has been referred to the Victorian Pharmacy Authority & the practice I go to has made a note of this conduct.
