Katoomba Town Centre Motel
Spacious rooms at the main road of Katoomba, service was great. However the rooms were extremely dusty and the AC light was so bright it was hard too sleep

Room was neat and clean, shower was hot with excellent water pressure, staff were very friendly, perfect location. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location!It is the main reason I chose to stay at Katoomba Town Centre Motel on my trips to the Blue Mountains. With Woolies and Aldi across the street, it is very convenient.Staff are friendly and helpful. I required ground floor for my room, which I emailed them, and I was relieved to have my requests fulfilled without any hassle.Room is large and very comfortable, clean. The room I booked has a kitchenette so I have the option of eating breakfast in my room (toaster, kettle, microwave).Just one complaint, only one. The air-conditioning. Whenever I turn it on, it sounded like a tank is rolling through the room! Hard to sleep with it on, so I am not sure how people would survive in summer.Absolutely will keep staying with KTCM on future visits.

Katoomba Town Centre Motel
For the price, rooms are old, but super clean and very cosy. Nice sheets and towels. Just a nice, clean, cheap hotel located very close to where all the action is that was more than adequate for my golf weekend. These local gems are getting more and more rare these days in a world full of cookie cutter hotels owned by conglomerates. Try it and smile all the way to the bank.

Katoomba Town Centre Motel
Excellent location! Couldn't get any better. The price was reasonable and the rooms were nothing fancy but clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable, not saggy. The pillows were really good, had a firmness to them that is often lacking in cheaper accommodation. My family and I are happy to stay again.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and shower pressure really good. Was impressed to have toaster, microwave and bowls, plates and cutlery. Really central location especially as we didn't have a car. Staff friendly and very helpful, would stay there again.

Katoomba Town Centre Motel
Very clean room- carpet was newish, walls unmarked, furnishings and furniture in good condition. Good ventilation was possible with windows that could be opened. Bathroom was dated but exceptionally clean with plenty of toilet paper. Shower had very good water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. Towels were a little on the small side but adequate for purpose. Hand towel, bath mat and face washer also provided with soap and shower gel. Bed, pillows and linen were good. Only issue here was the position of the hard plastic part of electric blanket controller that attaches to the electric blanket. It seemed to be located right where you'd roll over onto it.We found the late checkin process easy and a problem with the power in the room was sorted very efficiently.I would recommend this place highly and would consider staying here again in the future.

Katoomba Town Centre Motel
I booked this place at the last minute as I got bored one night and wanted to get out of the city. I grabbed my bag, hopped on the last train to Katoomba and booked a room at this motel. I arrived late (2:08 AM to be exact), I called their night manager and apologised for my late arrival. She was calm and friendly and helped me get the room keys. The room is quite spacious, old but not broken-down, the room smells clean, and the sheets and towels are pearly white (not the yellowish ones that you see in some motels). The AC/heater is brand new, and the bathroom tiles, shower and sink are spotless. For the amount of money I paid, I give it 5 stars. I was hoping to extend my stay but they're fully- booked, so I ended up switching to another motel that is not as nice and clean.Kudos to the team who manages this motel as it is well-maintained and clean. Keep it up.

Good service - front desk and housekeeping team both efficient and friendlyGood location near Aldi and opposite the laundromat (which I needed because the advertised guest laundry was not operational at the motel)The room did not resemble any of the the images showcased on the motel's website. It was in need of many repairs and wholesale renovation. Detailed feedback has been relayed privately to the motel.I do wish I had read the range of reviews here before I had booked. I would have asked more questions before I confirmed my multi day stay, and probably would have made a different choice. But for a quick stop over where you are in and out overnight, it's probably okay.

I'm sorry, but this was one of the worst motels I have stayed in. The only saving grace was the location and staff.You could feel the springs in the mattress so much that we had to put covers over the top of covers to not feel the springs.The shower pressure at 10:30pm was just a trickle.We found a cigarette butt in the tea and coffee holders.There was no remote for the TV, the staff tried replacing the remote but the remote was for a different TV.I did raise the issues with the staff on checkout. Truthfully I would have been better to sleep in my car, as I feel I would have gotten a better night's sleep.
