Absolutely loved my time at this salon. All three ladies were welcoming talented and efficient. I watched customer after customer walk away happy and refreshed. My hair looks amazing and it hasn't felt nor looked as healthy as it is in GAAAW I can't even remember how long. Thank you so much Cher for working your magic.

The sign on the door might as well say closed! Turned up at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon for a quick men's haircut which would take no more than 10 minutes and was told 'sorry we only have two senior hair dressers at the moment and they are busy with colouring' and basically turned away! Dissapointed is an understatement!

Had my Hair cut I believe by the owner who was occupied micromanaging her staff so much so that she totally messed up my hair cutt I am a dude and the bar to cut my hair is not high.Need to have it all cliped of yeah it was bad

The worst hair cut I have ever had! Didn't get a blow dry so didn't realise just how bad it was until it had dried. My partner suggested that I go back and get them to fix it but there was no way I was going to wing that! Went to another proper hairdresser instead and they were truely horrified by what had been done!

Today I had a personally challenging experience.I spoke with two ladies...the young lady on the phone and the lady (with a blonde concave bob that did my hair)At the end of the day, I completely understand that they are PUSHED to give good service..The young girl on the phone was wonderful and the lady that did my hair (despite probably fighting everything I said) was great!!My hair is not standard"...she seemed to listen and despite her own worries

Con artists. They dont advertise prices, meaning that they can con people into paying more. A basic cut means removing only 1cm of hair length, anything more means $30+ dollars.

this place is TERRIBLE. do not go here if you care at all about your hair. my cut was lopsided, the colour was patchy and hideos, and when i went back to tell them about it, I was offered $20 back (out of over $150). it was a huge waste of time and money. if you want a good salon, i suggest 54 on queen, as they did a wonderful job of fixing my hair, thankfully.
